Simon Cornwell joined as Strategic Advisor to the board in December 2002.
Simon Cornwell is a Venture Partner with Amadeus Capital Partners, a leading UK venture capital company focussed on high technology investments, with approximately $400 million under management. Previously he was CEO and co-founder at Two Way TV Ltd, a digital entertainment company, where he was one of the pioneers of the interactive TV industry. Simon first become involved in the field of interactive TV in 1990 while working at Granada.
Prior to joining Granada, Simon worked at the Boston Consulting Group in the United States and headed a UN-funded refugee relief organisation in Thailand. Early in his career he also worked on a number of TV movies, mini-series and documentaries, all for US television. Simon has a degree in Physics and Modern Languages from the University of Oxford and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
